Jin Kim
Jin Kim, age 61, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on October 5, 2024. Cherished wife for 35 years to Jaeyong Kim. Loving mother of John (Joyce) Kim and Brian Kim. Dear sister of Jinsoo Bae and Hongsoo Bae. Beloved daughter of the late Youngjun and the late Bongsoon Bae. Jin is also survived by many extended family members in Korea.
Jin, a devoted daughter of God, left behind a legacy of love and warmth. Her passion for golf was matched only by her affection for cats and a deep appreciation for all of nature’s beauty. Jin’s generous spirit and big heart touched everyone she met, and her radiant smile had the power to brighten any room. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, particularly in sharing meals with loved ones. She will be remembered not only for her vibrant personality but also for the kindness and love she shared with the world around her.
Visitation Thursday, October 10, 2024 from 3:00PM until 8:00PM with a Funeral Service at 6:00PM at Colonial Chapel 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem Ave.) Orland Park, IL.
