Ronald Ladden, age 90 of Chicago. Beloved husband of the late Ellyne Ladden. Caring brother of the late Barbara Ladden. Loving father of Randee (Allen) Simon, David, and Brad (Stephanie) Ladden. Fond and ferocious grandfather of Alex and Lauren Simon, Justin (Stacey), Matthew (Stephanie), Sara, Levi, Allison, Jared and Andrew and great grandfather to Meyer, Emmett, Lielle, Mason and Parker. Ronald was known by many as a powerful attorney practicing for over 50 years with many accolades, a formidable presence, polished record, and rich vocabulary. Ronald was a patriarch to his family, providing care, support, endless devotion, consistency, and above all, an unmatched warmth and humor. He was a charming, wise, and sensible friend to many. Ron’s legacy prevails in the knowledge he leaves behind through all his children, and the spirit of his gentle, brilliant character he imparted to all those who crossed his path.
