Daniel John Reha

Daniel John Reha, age 81; U.S. Air Force Veteran. Passed away peacefully on November 26th, with his loving family at his side. Beloved husband of Deborah Perkins Reha, nee Lutz; loving father of Shawn (Roberta Steinberg) Reha, the late Daniel Reha, Stacy (Steven Smith) Perkins-Smith and the late Matthew Perkins; dearest brother of the late Larry Reha.
Dan was born January 18, 1942, in Youngstown, Ohio, to his loving parents John and Ceil Reha. He attended Austintown Fitch High School and after graduation he enlisted in the United State Air Force. After his military career Dan attended Kent State University and studied Aerospace Technology from 1964-1968. He furthered his studies in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl., at Burnside Ott Aviation Training Center to become Corporate Pilot and flight instructor for Pompano Aviation. Dan eventually became the Chief Pilot for Lake Placid Holding Company. Later in life Dan moved to Chicago and worked for Midland Ross, Bordon Chemical and Acid Products, working in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Sales. In his retirement Dan came to work at Christ Church of Oak Brook, assisting part-time in the Maintenance and Operations Department, a job that became one of his favorites other than his passion for flying.
