Elizabeth A. Dvorak-Spitler
Elizabeth A. “Lisa” Dvorak-Spitler, age 75, at rest August 2, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Keith Spitler. Cherished daughter of the late Gerald T. and Lillian T. Dvorak. Dear sister of David Dvorak and the late Gordon Douglas Wilson. Dear aunt of Dusty Dvorak, Rudy Dvorak, Marie Christ, Deidre Dvorak-Martini and Drake Dvorak. Lisa was a longtime member of the First Congregational Church of Berwyn and was a dedicated volunteer of many community organizations. She was an accomplished equestrian and greatly enjoyed horses and horse racing.
A visitation will be held on Thursday Aug. 8th from 4 – 8 pm at Adolf & Powell Funeral Home 2921 S. Harlem Ave; Berwyn. A funeral service will be held on Friday Aug. 9th at 10:30 am. at the funeral home. Interment: Mt. Emblem Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials to the Berwyn Park District, the Cicero-Berwyn-Stickney Anti-Hunger Foundation or the Clarke University Foundation – Dubuque, IA would be appreciated.
