A visitation for Frederick will be held Friday, February 11, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd Street, Oak Lawn, IL. A chapel funeral service will occur Saturday, February 12, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home.
