Grace S. Janick, age 94, nee Serafinski. Quirky and lovable wife of the late Bruno passed away on September 10, 2021; loving mother of William (Cindi) and Susan (Dennis) cherished grandmother of the Honorable Kristen Strezo, Kathryn Strezo (Dale), Gabriella Janick (fiancée’ of Kellen Hartley) and beloved great-grandmother of Isabella Grace and Vincent Strezo-Filippo and Sophia Strezo-Tobias. Grace, the matriarch of the family, was adored by so many, including her many nieces and nephews.
She made lifelong friends wherever she went. Leading through her loving example, she left a positive impact on this world through her kindness, generosity and her devotion to her family. Her gentle soul will never be replaced. Grace was preceded in death by her parents Vincent and Sylvia Serafinski and brother Arthur Sharon (Clara). It brings her family great joy that she may be reunited with them.
Visitation Wednesday 9:00 AM until time of chapel prayers 10:30 AM at Blake- Lamb Funeral Home 4727 W. 103rd. St. Oak Lawn to St. Gerald Catholic Church for 11:00 AM Mass.
