Hassel, Julie A. (nee McGovern) Age 56 Beloved wife of James E. Hassel. Devoted mother of Brenden Hassel and Peyton Hassel. Cherished daughter of the late John and Mary McGovern. Loving sister of Kathy (John) Hurley, Jimmy (Janice) McGovern, and Jack (Cheryl) McGovern. Adored sister-in-law of Steve (Bobbi) Hassel, Eileen (Dan) Kopp, and the late Monica Hassel. Precious aunt of many nieces and nephews. Trusted and great friend to 1,000’s Longtime principal at Wentworth Intermediate School in Calumet City. Due to Covid-19, masks are required and no loitering is preferred. Visitation Tuesday 3-8 p.m. at the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home, 9000 W. 151st Street, Orland Park, IL.
