Dr. Jeffrey S. Spector, 77. Beloved husband of Lisa Rosenberg; devoted father of Aurora (Sam) Sweet and Bram (Juliet) Spector; proud grandfather of Stella, Elliot, Hannah, and Arianna; dear brother of Beverly Linden and Rita Novick; loving uncle and great-uncle of many. Jeffrey was a child and adult psychiatrist for nearly 50 years, practicing in Chicago and Highland Park. He was on staff at Northwestern and highly respected in his field. He grew up in Monticello, NY and attended Union College and Albert Einstein Medical School. He did his child fellowship at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Spector will be remembered for his dedication to his patients, and how deeply he cared for his family and friends. He will be truly missed by all whose lives he touched. A memorial service will be held Monday, May 23, 3 PM at Weinstein & Piser Funeral Home, 111 Skokie Blvd, Wilmette. It will also be streamed. Interment private.
