Devoted sister of James J. III, Debbie (Rusty) Studenroth, and Dan (Diane) Smith.
Fond aunt of many nieces, nephews, cousins, and a friend to many.
A proud graduate of Illinois Institute of Technology, where she earned her Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology, she dedicated her career to transforming workplaces and mentoring leaders. From Motorola to Grainger to Career Education Corporation, she made her mark as a VP and trusted strategist—always leading with sharp insight, fearless resolve, and a touch of humor.
Visitation Monday April 7, 2025, 3-7pm at the Curley Funeral Home (Heeney-Laughlin Directors), 6116 W. 111th St., Chicago Ridge, IL 60415.
Family and friends will meet at St. Barnabas Church, 10134 S. Longwood Dr., Chicago, IL 60643 on Tuesday April 8, 2025, for visitation 10:00am-11:00am, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am.
Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105 are most appreciated.
