Melvyn De Matoff
Melvyn De Matoff, husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, friend, peacefully passed away at the age of 89 on Sunday, Oct. 15. He is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Maureen (née Shaffer); loving children Gregory De Matoff, Monique De Matoff, and Darren (Allan Howze) De Matoff; deeply loved grandchild Benjamin De Matoff; and treasured sister Leslie Hickey. He was recently preceded in death by his cherished sister Marcene Schwarz.
Melvyn was a talented and accomplished artist. He contributed to everyone he touched, through the beauty of his art, his lifelong friendships, dedication to his clients, and his passion for swimming. His life was filled with love and his joyful spirit always shone.
Funeral service Wednesday, Oct. 18, 1 PM at Weinstein & Piser Funeral Home.
