Paul Philip Smith
February 6, 1964 – June 1, 2021
Paul P. Smith, age 57, passed away peacefully at home on June 1st, 2021. Paul is the loving husband of Deborah Mast-Smith; dedicated father of Brian and Eric Smith; devoted son of Patricia Smith (nee Winslow); dear brother of David (Sarah), Robert (Lisa) and Alan (Kelly) Smith; cherished nephew of Leonard and Vickie Winslow; fond uncle of Johnny, Bobby, Michael, Cailin, Ashley, Brienne, Brendan, Peter and Annie Smith, Taylor, and Allison Bliss, Nick, Zephyr, Ava and Claire Windmiller. He is survived by his former wife and mother of his children, Julie Smith (nee Orr). Paul is preceded in death by his father John “Jack” Smith and Aunt, Sister Mary Grace Winslow. Paul was a Securities Regulator Executive and devoted his career to the securities business. He served as a volunteer coach of Orland Youth Association (OYA) for many years, coaching baseball and basketball. Paul was an avid Cubs fan all his life. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the organization of donor’s choice. Visitation is Saturday, June 19, 2021 from 2-7 P.M. at Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral is Monday, June 21, 2021, 9:15 A.M. from Lawn Funeral Home 7732 W. 159th St., Orland Park to St. Elizabeth Seton Church 9300 W. 167th St., Orland Hills, Mass 10:00 A.M.
