Patricia “Dishy” Eshleman
July 16, 1965 — March 20, 2023
Patricia T. Eshleman, RN, BSN, 57, passed away Monday, March 20th, following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Chicago on July 16, 1965 to Robert and the late Kathleen (nee Strong) Wynard. Loving mother of Megan (Thomas) Eshleman-Schaedel and Jonathan (Ariel) Eshleman; Cherished grandmother of Josephine Schaedel and Leo Schaedel; Devoted sister of Kevin (Tammy) Wynard, Pastor Dan (Pastor Lucy) Wynard, and Kelly Haushahn; many loving nieces and nephews. Patricia, or better known as “Dishy”, was a nurse at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge for 35 years, primarily working in Labor and Delivery. Her love for her children was evident to all who knew her! When not working, she loved spoiling her grandkids and faux grandkids! She would babysit for anyone who asked! She was a die hard Cubs fan, enjoyed scrapbooking, traveling, family game nights, and dolphins! She was the most selfless person who would do anything for anyone. There will be a Celebration of Life Gathering at Brady-Gill Funeral Home, 16600 S. Oak Park Ave., Tinley Park, on Wednesday, April 5th from 12:00 Noon until 6:30 PM. A Remembrance Service will take place at 3:00 PM. Flowers are acceptable at the funeral home or contributions in Patricia’s memory to the charity of the donors’ choice would be appreciated.
