Ronayne Rich

Ronnie was a beloved friend to many; best friend and adored wife of Milton Rich (for 62 years until his passing in 2011); loving mother of David (Paulette) Rich, Susan (Sol) Shatz and Lauren (Jules) Lapin; devoted grandmother of Daniel (Jenna) and Jeffrey Shatz, Michael Lapin, Kari (Jeffrey) Petree, and Damian and Nate Patrin; great-grandmother of Cooper Petree and Aubrey Shatz. Daughter of the late Charles and Cecile Stolerow, and sister of the late Lowell (Pauline) Stolerow.
Ronnie shared her love of reading and lifelong learning by leading Great Books discussion groups over many years. Her devotion to community was genuine and she had a remarkable knack for bringing out the best in everyone. Ronnie was a great dancer, spirited, lively, and always fun to be with. Her positive attitude and sense of ethics informed everything she did. Ronnie was gifted at planning and orchestrating memorable events for family and friends, doing so with a light touch. Ronnie’s sense of compassion and generosity of spirit inspired many and will be missed.
