Margaret D. (Peggy) Schultz died Saturday, Dec 5, 2020 at her home in Palos Heights, Illinois. She was born on Nov 6, 1923 in Chicago, Illinois, daughter of the late Philip Faber and Alice Perry Faber. She grew up in Chicago’s Marquette Park neighborhood and was raised by her Great Aunt Mag, “Mom”. Peggy attended Marquette Elementary School and Harper High School in Chicago, where she met the love of her life, Clarence “Schultz”. Peggy and Schultz were married at St. Rita Church in Chicago on October 19, 1946. In 1957, they moved to Orland Park where they raised their family and became active members of St. Michael Church. For many years, Peggy was a dedicated studio director at Recording for the Blind, also in Orland Park. She especially enjoyed spending time with family and friends at her cherished summer home in South Haven, Michigan. Peggy will always be remembered as a thoughtful and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was dearly loved by family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Clarence; five children: Terry (Kathi) Schultz, Kathy (Scott) Bonnar, Karen (Robert) Brusich, Kim Abello and Peg (Tom) Erickson; thirteen grandchildren: Ali, Nora, Karolyn, Maggie, Alyce, Matthew, David, Clare, Stephanie, Kerry, Katelyn, Megan and Tommy; and four great-grandchildren: Josie, Lanie, Charlie and Ella. Peggy was preceded in death by her two sisters, Catherine Zelasko and Jane Gorski.
