Wilson “Bill” – “Sonny” Perryman, age 84, a U.S. Marine Veteran born and raised in Blue Island and a longtime resident of Oak Lawn passed away peacefully on December 16, 2021. Beloved son of the late Bernard and Elizabeth Perryman. Dear husband of the late Elizabeth. Loving father of Randy (Nancy) Perryman, John (Debbie) Perryman, and Linda Phelps. Cherished grandfather of 8. Great grandfather of 6. Dear brother of 13. Bill was an avid fisherman, golfer and animal lover. While he had many jobs during his lifetime, he was a skilled carpenter and retired from the Oak Lawn Park District after many years of service. A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, January 8 from 9:30 AM until time of Memorial Service 11:00 AM at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 West 103rd Street, Oak Lawn.
